Eugene’s Gas Bar

Eugene's gas bar is located in saddle lake, Alberta. This project is a 2500 square foot convenience store that features a nail laminated timber floor system, wall system and roof panel system.
The outboard insulation system allows for the use of Denspack insulation along with stand off brackets manufactured with repurposed materials to provide an installation surface for the exterior finishes on the building.
This building envelope is not only designed ready for net zero energy consumption but also an embodied carbon neutral building products choice!
Completion and turn over - fall of 2023.
